They're finished — AND one is up for grabs! Those mysterious little bits of embroidery I posted earlier turned into ... *drumroll* ... necklaces! (Did you guess right?)

If you've never heard of Tampa Fringe, it's a crazy, awesome international performing arts event held in Tampa, now in its sixth year. Auction proceeds go toward making the whole amazing event happen, which of course supports the weird, wacky, and wonderful artists who participate in the event. (By the way, they get 100% of the base ticket price from their shows!) Check out the festival at tampafringe.org. Its whimsy and freewheeling nature are right in line with the Star and Crossbones way.

Related to whimsy, a side note: If you happen to fall madly in love with one of these necklaces, just know that each piece is one of a kind, so if you see it available and you want that exact one, get it while you can!

We're BACK! 🥳 After a slightly longer hiatus than expected, the Etsy shop is has reopened for business, hurraaaayyy!

ALSO, bonus fun and excitement, we have new pretties in the works! If you're in the Tampa Bay area, attendees of the Fabulous Fringe: A Speakeasy Gala event this Friday will get a special in-person sneak peek.

If you can't make it to the gala, never fear — the newness will be available in the shop soon.

And if you absolutely can’t wait, here's a hint of what's to come! These tidbits of embroidery are waiting to be cut apart and transformed into their final form. Can you guess what they're going to be when they're done? (No cheating and spoiling it for everyone else if you already know, okay? ;) )

For anyone who may wonder, we survived the hurricane unscathed and are back to working on orders! Some new ideas blew in with the storm, too, so keep an eye on us if you're interested. :D I hope everyone reading this is doing amazingly well. Sending good thoughts to all.
