- Willing to follow directions as well as company procedures
- Available from 7am-4pm
Job Duties;
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
- Manage Company Calendar
- Social media posts
- Order project materials
- Email paperwork
- Sending emails
- Data entry
- Microsoft Word and Excel Projects
- Submit orders for production
- Keep track of orders in process
- Follow up with customers for payments
- Submit Quote requests
