Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken

Heavenly Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken with Herbs

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

🍽️ Carrot Raisin Breakfast Muffins

📝 What you need:
• All-purpose flour — 2 cups
• Sugar — ¾ cup
• Baking powder — 1 tablespoon
• Salt — ½ teaspoon
• Unsalted butter, melted — ½ cup
• Eggs — 2 large
• Grated carrots — 1 cup
• Milk — ½ cup
• Vanilla extract — 1 teaspoon
• Raisins — ½ cup

👩‍🍳 How to make it:
Combine the dry ingredients. Whisk the butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla, then stir into the flour mixture with the carrots and raisins. Divide into muffin cups and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
