We had an unfortunate incident over the weekend.
A customer left without paying for the helium used to inflate their balloons. They stated the balloons were originally purchased from our store weeks ago; however, regardless of where balloons are purchased, helium inflation is a paid service.
Helium is extremely expensive and currently in short supply. At this time, I am unable to get my tanks refilled or exchanged.
Most importantly, I will not tolerate customers being rude or disrespectful to my employees, or leaving without paying for services provided. My team works hard and deserves to be treated with basic respect.
