It’s not often that I install flooring on a concrete slab. When I do. It’s important to do the best you can to do it right. Loba/Wakol makes that possible. Their system is so easy to work with. After cleaning the slab and sealing it. I had one area that was low. A little Z637 self leveler and the Wakol leveling tools did the trick.

It’s always satisfying to see a job through fruition. This herringbone hardwood floor was installed in a new home, in west Omaha in the pier 15 neighborhood.

Putting the finishing touches on this red oak floor, here in Northwest Omaha/Blair. My clients wanted something a bit different. We lightly distressed the floor, by wire brushing and adding a few strategically placed dents. More photos to come, once I complete the staircase, post and handrails.
