Roofing material has arrived! Now if we can get some consistent weather, we will be on the right track. We are still in our temporary office on the west side of our building from 9-3 during the week.

VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE 6.2.26

Our contractor will begin work on the roof this Thursday, which means we will be moving operations into a temporary mobile office beginning this Friday.

Starting Friday, our temporary office will be located on the west side of our building in the receiving and loading parking lot.

Our temporary office hours will remain Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Please note that on Thursday we will be moving into the new office location. Because of this transition, we will not be available in person or by phone for most of the day.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we continue working through this process and moving one step closer to reopening!

AN UPDATE FROM OWNERSHIP. 5.28.26.

We are continuing to make progress with the insurance company, but it has been a very slow and challenging process overall.

At this time, we still do not have a confirmed reopening date. However, based on current progress, we are hopeful that we may be able to reopen sometime in mid to late August.

Please understand that timelines can still change as we continue working through construction, repairs, and insurance related matters. We will continue providing updates as progress is made.

Our current office/phone hours remain Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Thank you again for the incredible support, patience, and encouragement everyone has shown us during this time. It truly means more than you know.

Our office will be closed for Memorial Day.🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice and the freedoms they helped protect and provide.

AN UPDATE FROM OWNERSHIP. 5.19.26.

We are still currently in the demo phase.

One challenge we continue to face is that every time it rains, we have to shut off power to portions of the building due to live electrical wires that still exist throughout the building and on the roof. Unfortunately, this creates interruptions with our phones, WiFi, and POS systems.

This has been an extremely difficult and frustrating situation, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue working through the insurance process and rebuilding.

Please understand that we are doing EVERYTHING we can to return calls, texts, and emails as quickly as possible. The situation is constantly changing, and right now we are simply doing the best we can with the circumstances that are in front of us.

We truly appreciate the support this community has shown us during this time. We will continue providing updates as progress is made.
