💗 A little pink, a little magic, and so much love went into this Special Spaces makeover!

Jana just turned 6 and was diagnosed with leukemia last summer. With the help of our amazing Special Spaces team, Enterprise Mobility, and their incredible volunteers, we transformed her existing playroom into a soft, pink, cozy bedroom just for her. Her sister Mila got a new room, too...two spaces designed around their unique personalities, with room to dream, play, and grow together.

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is hearing how these spaces make a difference for the kids and their families. Jana and Mila’s mom shared this with me:

"Both Mila and Jana love their rooms and you all were able to capture their personalities with their room designs so beautifully. Jana has decided that she will be a brave girl and sleep in her room from here on out. With the cool neon night lights on of course."

That last part just melts my heart. 🥹 Creating a space where a little girl feels comfortable, confident, and brave enough to sleep in her own room is such a beautiful reminder of why this work matters.

So grateful to be part of this team and to have had the opportunity to create something special for Jana and Mila. 💕

Bella is 7 and was diagnosed with optic glioma last year. She shares her room with her 9-year-old brother...and their wish lists couldn’t have been more different.

She loves pink and bunnies.
He loves blue and baseball.

Challenge accepted! We wanted to create a space that was special to both of them and reflected each of their personalities!

Mom's message made my heart full.

"I’ve never heard my kids ask me to go to bed before tonight! They were eager to get in their new beds... I can hear the quiet giggles through the walls and it melts my heart that you all brought joy to their faces."

Those quiet giggles? That’s why we do this.

So grateful to be part of Bella and her brother’s Special Spaces dream bedroom and to bring a little extra joy to their world!

Another dream space brought to life 💕✨

This Special Spaces makeover was created for sweet Emily, a bright and beautiful 3-year-old who has been battling cancer for half her life. She loves all things pink, fairy tales, and butterflies, and seeing her light up in her new princess-inspired room was pure magic. She truly shines in this space made just for her. 👑

Her brother Ryan, age 7, got a room that is completely out of this world 🚀🌙 Featuring a custom galaxy mural by and lots of astronomical touches. His new space is ready to launch him straight to the moon.

It’s always an honor to help create spaces filled with comfort, joy, and imagination for such incredible kids. 💖

Sweet Natalia is three years old and was diagnosed with Leukemia in June of last year. She shares a room with her parents and was ready to move up into a big girl bed. We created a soft pastel bedroom for her to grow into and her parents to share, along with a cozy reading nook perfect for snuggles, stories, and quiet moments together.

Her big brother Michael, 13, also received a room makeover designed around his favorite colors, green and blue, with subtle gaming-inspired touches.

Being part of these transformations with is always such an honor. Creating spaces that bring comfort, joy, and a little peace during incredibly difficult seasons is something that stays with you long after install day. 💫

I’m excited to share that JC Licht recently did a feature on my business, including a Q&A sharing more about my approach to interiors—how I design, what I prioritize, and how I help clients create spaces that truly feel like home.

Good design goes so much deeper than what you see at the end. It’s about understanding how you live, what matters to you, and creating something that feels both intentional and personal.

Another unforgettable makeover!

Oscar is 17 and was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in July of last year. As his needs changed, his bedroom was thoughtfully moved to the first floor, creating a space that could truly support him. Knowing his love for football (and especially the Cowboys), we leaned into those iconic colors to design a room that feels both comforting and inspiring...a place to rest, recharge, and heal.

And because every sibling deserves something special too, his 14-year-old brother Diego received a brand new bedroom of his own.

These spaces are so much more than rooms—they’re moments of joy, strength, and care during incredibly challenging times. Grateful to be a small part of it. ❤️

A Special Spaces makeover for three incredible kids !

For Bodie — an energetic, fun-loving 4-year-old who was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma in May. He loves building Legos — we created an inspiring space where imagination can run wild, creations can take shape, and there’s room to rest and recharge.
His sisters’ rooms were redesigned to reflect who they are:

📚 Riley wanted a soft, beachy-toned, calming space made for reading and relaxing.

🎨 Reese dreamed of soft pinks paired with bold, vibrant pops of color — full of personality and joy.
Both girls asked for cozy reading nooks… because sometimes the best escape is a good book.

This project is a reminder that cancer doesn’t just affect one child — it impacts the entire family. Creating spaces of comfort, creativity, and healing for all of them is what makes this work so meaningful.

In their mom’s words:
“We cannot thank you enough for the amazing experience you provided our children, especially Bodie, who has endured so much more than any child ever should. From the planning and vision boards, the the ex*****on, you made their bedroom dreams come true… Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for volunteering your time, energy, and efforts making this an unforgettable memory.”
