Karen Carmack of Wholehearted Wellness has combined her Wellness aspects of her business with your Creative side calling her Pottery business Wholehearted Creations. g, the paragraphs starts with this statement …Creativity in Abundance and Room to Grow… a psychiatrist names Gene Cohen created a formula “ C=me2 : creativity equals mass of knowledge multiplied by the interaction of accumulated inner and outer knowledge”! And that is just what Karen does, she takes her fascination with anatomy, physiology, movement, physical touch, curiosity and melds them all into pottery creations. Karen’s goal is that when you handle her pottery you feel connected to her through her mindful positive and optimist energy that she brings to the wheel. Karen’s innate tactile abilities guides her with each pot thrown, each class taught and each person she touches. Just recently Karen has been hired in her first wholesale order and has enjoyed making made to order Flower vases, Pet memory bowls, utilitarian pieces along with fantasy Green-man garden faces. You can find Karen’s work this year at Centering Souls Pottery Studio and Macken Park this summer at Art in the Park. Karen is a daughter of artists and belongs in a long linage of artist, she was born and raised in Kansas City.
