Before and After Design

…. project details …. 👇👇

Removed the fireplace tile, mantel and hearth, painted bookcases and trim and new neutral wall color, replaced ceiling fan, and refinished wood floors with new warm stain color .. all new furniture, accessories, art, pillows and rug.
Kept existing window shades, not everything needs to go .. especially fairly new expensive items like top down bottom up pleated shades that were recently purchased.
The renewed space is the family room area off the open kitchen concept.. a relaxing retreat for a young couple with two small children.
The leather upholstery is durable and easy to clean, and the furnishings are pretty much kid proof.
Clients are thrilled with the result !

We just installed gorgeous new European Oak wood floors and beautiful carpet and counter top for my client..
the subfloors had all kinds of issues which we leveled and corrected ..
this beautiful old home brought back to life for todays living, such a charmer!

I’m working with a Kansas City Police Officer on a tile and carpet project for his personal home. He’s been with the force for 30 years and I’d like to show our officers how much we appreciate them by asking my clients and friends if they’d be interested in paying it forward by contributing to a “secret Santa fund” (?) I’m calling it the “blue 💙 line fund”. If you feel inclined to contribute you can drop a donation by my shop, or drop it in the mail if that’s easier. This officer is not disabled, or injured, he’s just a regular guy doing a difficult job with low pay and high risk for many many years who crossed my path and I just want to do something nice and unexpected to show our officers how much we 💙 the blue and our KCPD

New home build I designed. Love the open floor plan. We installed wood floors, carpet, tile, and quartz countertops. I created a special mix stain for the hardwood floors to create a natural weathered gray look.

This all White Kitchen was an upper scale new home in Briarcliff I designed. It featured beige walls (yes beige not grey) with white quartz countertops that had simple grey veining to resemble marble. On the backsplash I installed real Carrara marble with a herringbone design, and also a water jet cut marble accent pattern above the cooktop. For the wood floors I chose a warm brown. I absolutely love using grey and beiges for a nice soft contrast, which gives so many more design options to the homeowner. If done correctly, with balancing the color tones, the results are so comfortable.

This is how it all begins ..first I or my staff will help you make the selections ..then bam ...THIS!! I selected and installed the beautiful quartz countertops, and tile backsplash. Also the gorgeous hand scraped solid wood flooring. All samples at one store at one place! ..all professionally installed, at a great price.

Totally love this before/after laundry room redesign .. Large herringbone porcelain tile was selected for the mud room floors and we also installed solid white quartz counter tops.
