Tables are $50 to register, and we kindly ask that 20% of all sales proceeds be donated back to The Haven. All proceeds will directly support our Life Skills Development and Adult Day Training programs.

Join us and the Sarasota Alliance for Historic Preservation tomorrow, Oct. 2, for a workshop all about empowering property owners in the Newtown National Historic District.

Property owners of buildings that contribute to the Newtown National Register Historic District are eligible to apply for Sarasota Alliance for Historic Preservation’s Historic Loan Program, which offers home repair loans with low, principal-only monthly payments for exterior renovation of historic homes. Flexible underwriting practices allow the SAHP to make loan funds available to homeowners who might not otherwise qualify for traditional bank lending, including retirees and those of low to moderate incomes.

Our Pam Fields will be on hand to answer questions about generational ownership titles and Legal Aid of Manasota will be on hand to provide title assistance throughout the loan application process.
