We are thrilled to announce that
Stephen Moon, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP has joined Foreman Seeley Fountain Architecture as our newest Principal!

With over 30 years of experience in architecture and construction management—including two decades in design-construction firms—Stephen brings a wealth of expertise to our team. A Marietta native, he studied architecture at Georgia Tech and the University of Kentucky, and has been a long-standing advocate for sustainable design, earning his LEED Accreditation early in his career. Notably, Stephen is believed to be the only architect in Georgia who is also a licensed general contractor qualifying agent.

A Leadership Cobb graduate, Stephen has dedicated time to leadership roles with AIA, ULI, and Habitat for Humanity in both Louisville and Atlanta. His passion lies in simplifying the design-build process, ensuring that great design is achievable on any budget.

Please join us in welcoming Stephen to the team! We look forward to the innovation, leadership, and expertise he will bring to Foreman Seeley Fountain Architecture.

We are more than humbled and honored to be associated with this project.

On Memorial Day, City of Dunwoody Parks & Recreation introduced a concept for the revitalization of the Dunwoody Veterans Memorial at Brook Run Park. Included in the rendering is the removal of the roof and glass to create a more engaging and approachable memorial. The existing brick columns will be clad in granite. Overhead, a steel ring encircles the columns with extended arms representing a salute. The monuments representing the six branches of the U.S. Military will remain and the engraved ceremonial bricks will be relocated to the walkway approaching the memorial. Spotlights will illuminate the memorial at night to enhance its sense of place and importance.

What do you think of the ideas? We are seeking opinions of the plans. Please email [email protected] with your thoughts.
