It’s been a while, but I’m back! Covid kicked my ass twice and it was rough. I spent lots of time in bed meditating and coming up with new ideas. This is a linzer bar. While it’s traditionally made with raspberries, I changed it up (surprise, surprise). This treat has a buttery almond crumb with a fresh made cherry jam. I also added rum soaked dried apricots for added texture and tart.
