This week’s layout is all about bold shapes, overlapping layers, and a statement focal point. While the sketch gives you the foundation, the creative possibilities are endless.

Swap the shapes.
Change the papers.
Try different colors.
Add texture, dimension, die cuts, stamps, or embellishments.

Hey Friends! 💕

It was finally time to step into my creative space and bring RG Layout Challenge 001 to life!

I had so much fun creating this card and watching a simple sketch transform into something bright, cheerful, and full of summer vibes. 🍑 For this project, I used my Hexi Dies to recreate the layout and paired them with one of my newest digital downloads, Just Peachy.

One of the things I love most about layout challenges is that they remind us there isn’t just one “right” way to create. The same sketch can inspire dozens of completely different projects, each reflecting the unique style of the person making it.

Hey Friends, 💕

It was finally time to step into my creative space and create the very first project inspired by the RG Layout Challenge! I had so much fun bringing this one to life.

For this card, I used my Hexi Dies to mimic the layout sketch and paired them with one of my newest digital downloads, Just Peachy, which feels absolutely perfect for summer! 🍑

One of my favorite things about a layout challenge is seeing how one simple sketch can inspire so many completely different creations. There are no rules, just an opportunity to explore, experiment, and let your creativity lead the way.

Welcome to the very first RG Layout Challenge!

Use this sketch as the inspiration for your next handmade project. Whether you create a card, scrapbook layout, tag, mini album, or something completely unique, I’d love to see how you make this sketch your own.

There are no rules, no deadlines, and no right or wrong way to interpret the layout. Simply have fun, be creative, and enjoy the process.

Once you’ve finished your project:

📸 If your account is public, tag so I can celebrate your work and share it in my Stories.

Oh hi… it’s RG! 👋

It’s been over a year since I’ve shared here, and honestly… I’ve missed this amazing community.

Lately, I’ve felt a burst of inspiration, and it reminded me just how much I love creating and sharing with all of you. But this time, I don’t just want to create for you… I want to create with you.

That’s why I’m so excited to launch my very first RG Layout Challenge! ✨

My hope is that this weekly challenge inspires you to pull out your supplies, try something new, and keep your creativity flowing. The best part about a sketch challenge is that no two projects are ever the same. We all start with the same layout, but each of us brings our own style, favorite products, colors, and personality to the finished card. I have no doubt you’ll inspire me just as much as I hope to inspire you.

This Reel is simply my way of saying… I’m back. ❤️

Don’t worry about pausing the video or taking a screenshot of the sketch. I’ll be sharing the full challenge graphic in my very next post so you can save it and create whenever inspiration strikes.

Hey crafty friends. Merry Christmas to all.

I hope you had a beautifully creative Christmas season filled with inspiration and cozy moments.

It’s been a minute, but I wanted to pop in and share a fun little project I worked on after our Christmas celebration at home. I quickly put together the spread for my annual calendar, featuring a few favorite photos from our Christmas party, and I used the Disco Christmas digital download to bring it all together. It turned out so cute and honestly made me smile every time I flipped the page.

Trying to keep these videos under a minute is no easy task, but it’s the easiest way to share quick bursts of creativity here on social media. I hope this brought even a little smile or spark of inspiration to your space. Miss you all SO MUCH!
