We were contacted by the customer to assist with their smoke detectors and a decora switch in their living room. We promptly replaced two customer-supplied 9-volt batteries in their two smoke alarm systems, ensuring their home continues to be protected from potential fire hazards. Additionally, we replaced a decora switch located in a three-gang box in the living room. This switch is crucial for controlling multiple circuits, and now it operates smoothly again. We're always ready to provide reliable solutions for our customers' electrical needs.

We recently assisted a customer who was having trouble with their water heater. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that issues with the power source were causing the problem. So we got right to work to address the matter. We began by checking the power to the water heater and the breaker, identifying the need for a replacement. We replaced a half size 2 pole 30 Amp GE breaker with a full size 2 pole 30 Amp GE breaker. Additionally, we removed a surplus 120 volt time clock that was no longer in use. It was a successful day of solving electrical issues and ensuring our customers are satisfied and safe in their homes.

Our customer reached out to us due to issues with their living room and kitchen lighting. After thorough troubleshooting, we found a burnt outlet at the front door. To resolve this, we replaced the faulty wire and outlet with a new GFCI outlet as well as an 'in use' cover, improving the safety and functionality of their home's electrical system. We're dedicated to providing top quality service and resolving all challenges to our customers' satisfaction.

We were recently contacted by a customer who was having issues with the power supply to their front bedroom. After troubleshooting the issue, we discovered that there was also a problem with the aluminum to copper connections in the hall bathroom switch/outlet box. To rectify the problem, we repaired the connections using copper pigtails and purple wire nuts which are known for their efficiency and reliability. We're glad we could identify and resolve these issues, restoring power back to their front bedroom and ensuring that their home is safe.
