Everything in this new build "Smart Home" was perfect...
except the concrete slab that was poured in the sweltering Arizona heat. The slab was done midday and the concrete guys weren't table to make it perfectly flat due to excessive heat. As you can see we had to prep the floor and it took us two days to get it within spec of this custom floor.
This is a custom stained wire brushed oak that was imported from Italy.
We used hardwood floor adhesive because it has the best adhesive flexibility in the entire industry and it's great for preventing hallow spots.
Industry-leading flexibility allows the floor to expand and contract without compromising the bond between the wood and the substrate.

Here we have another Wire-brushed European White Oak with a subtle white stain finish. These light and subtle finishes make the floor slightly more uniform, because oak tends to be busy with a lot of patterns and grain.

I can never get enough of wire brushed oak, it makes the wood pop and it eliminates the blandness that's some of this really smooth finish flooring might have. Wire brushed oak is anything but bland, the wire brushed finish reveals so many details of the grain that even if you're not a fan of oak you will become one. This customer chose to go with , let us know if you're looking to freshen up your interior, we have access to all major distributors as well as custom flooring manufacturers from United States 🇺🇸 and Italy 🇮🇹
