Well... hello, and happy July friends! 👋🏻

It's been a little quieter over here than usual, and I wanted to pop in and remind everyone that I'm still alive. 😊

Life has taken me in a new direction for a season, and I've been learning a new role that's kept me very busy.! It's been a good reminder that sometimes we step away from one thing so we can gather new experiences for whatever comes next in life.

To all of you who have supported my business over the years, lingered in conversation, referred me to friends, or just sat in the store and ate bread because we could.... thank you. It has never gone unnoticed.

I'm still here. Still creating. Still dreaming. Still stopping to smell the flowers.

Hello friends 🍃 I'm still alive!

🧭 I feel like I'm in a COMPASS CALIBRATION moment [rotate the device in a figure-eight motion or around all three axes (roll, pitch, yaw) at least three times to re-orient the magnetometer].

🍞🥯I honed a skill, felt compelled to share MY VERSION of it, teach about it, and ENJOY the process; and while Wild Oak Market exists like it has for YEARS, adapting to the ebb and flow of my life, and evolving accordingly, it's time to adjust my sails.

For right this moment though, I'm stepping away from the breads until the time is right ~ or the Farmer's Markets roll around in the summer ~ and ya'll will be the first to know. 🍃

HAPPY SUNDAY friends!
Here's a friendly reminder to support the small businesses in your life ~ encouraging a dream that comes from a heartfelt place of servitude. My dream with Wild Oak Market was to look for the creatives and dreamers to fill my space, so everyone else could find them too. 🌿

Now that the store is in transition ~ I still go out of my way to talk about, share, purchase and support those [women] the best I can. It makes me happy to watch others' dreams come alive!

📣 Don't worry!! I'm still making SOURDOUGH! 🍞🥯

I'm just taking a breather to find some alignment with ALLLL the changes that are happening in my world ~ and waiting for the vacationers and snowbirds to come home! ALSO, encouraging more orders, so there's less 'too much-ness'!

In this transition back to mindfulness, and my love of ALL food ~ not just gut healthy sourdough 😉 I'm focusing on sustenance, satiety, maybe sanity ~ not only with food, but with daily rituals, habits, and mindsets that keep me grounded.

Big changes are daunting, scary at times, a bit lonely, and mentally consuming.
So if you've been a fan of the shop and sourdough ~ THANK YOU!! If you want to tag along to what sets my soul on fire, hop on over for the rest of me. 🌿
