Little hands, a garden of memories! 🌸 Create this DIY handprint keepsake for a birthday, Teacher Appreciation Day, or any special occasion—a thoughtful gift for your principal or fellow teacher!

1. Prepare a variety of washable, child-safe paints.
2. Let each child choose their favorite color.
3. Help them paint their palm and fingers, then gently press their hand onto the canvas.
4. Once dry, add green stems, leaves, vines, and grass to create a handprint garden.
5. Add a greeting and a heartfelt message for the occasion.

Name Activity | Under 15 Minutes of Prep! ✂️

1. Write each child’s first name on construction paper, with space between letters. Draw cutting lines between the letters.
2. Provide child-safe scissors.
3. At centers, have children identify the letters in their name and spell it aloud.
4. Have them cut along the lines to create letter strips.
5. Mix up the strips and put them back in order to spell their name!
