What is standing between you and the perfect Beef Sirloin Tri-Tip? It’s only purchasing Tri-Tip, trimming and placing in a , smoked to perfection using for fuel and flavor. Seasoned to perfection with Classic Steak Rub taken out of the smoke once it hits and internal temp of 125°F using your Lime Green Thermapen. Then finished on a Rippin Hot Charcoal to char the outside and finish bringing it up to 130°F. Then placed in pans and put in your EzGo Warmer Box to rest, then sliced to serve!!
