CLASS: Fixing (and Preventing) Mistakes

Become a more confident knitter when you learn to fix common mistakes in your work! We'll cover tinking and frogging, saving dropped stitches, and fixing knits, purls and yarn overs.

Note: you'll need to complete a swatch of knitting which we will work with during class, so register early!

Here's a great way to learn the basics of sock construction, using dk weight yarn and size 3 needles. We'll cover all the bases: ribbing, heel flap and gusset, and toes!

NEW CLASS: Reunion Cardigan

Have you always wanted to knit a cardigan, but are hesitant to take it on alone? If you can cast on, knit and purl, this is the IDEAL place to start.

In this class, you'll be guided through swatching, gauge, and sizing your sweater (so it actually FITS when you're finished), following the pattern with simple increases and stitch patterns, constructing a top-down raglan cardigan you'll wear again and again.

The studio will be CLOSED for the remainder of this week.

We will reopen Thursday, September 24, with special hours (see below). The Coo Coo Bird Clearance Sale will continue with more clearance yarns added (in sweater quantities!) and a great selection of books at deep discounts.
