Elle Home Design & Staging

09/30/2026

“Amanda, we have a problem.”

This came from an agent who had already warned me she was “extremely particular.”

So naturally, I’m thinking… well, s**t. 😂

Then she says:

“There’s nothing for me to do. It’s perfect.”

😂😂😂

THAT is the kind of problem I want.

At Elle Home Design, we take making your listing look incredible very seriously.

Ourselves? Not so much.

Staging shouldn’t just be another box to check off your list. It should be the fun part.

Beautiful staging. Great experience. No unnecessary stuffiness.

And apparently… nothing left for you to fix. 😉

Have a listing coming up? Call me.

Wondering where we’ve been? 👀

We’ve been BUSY.

6 homes staged in the last 10 days — and we are absolutely thrilled with what this team has been creating. 🤍

Here’s a peek at just one of them, 22 Chevy Chase in Larkspur, now live and ready for its moment.

Beautiful spaces are one thing, but seeing this crew bring them together — loading, hauling, designing, styling, adjusting, and obsessing over every last detail — makes me incredibly proud.

6 houses. 10 days. One seriously awesome team.

So proud of this crew and so excited for what’s ahead for Elle Home Design.

Outdoor staging isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Every home has its own personality, and the outdoor spaces should reflect it.

Whether it’s clean and contemporary or warm and inviting, our goal is the same: create a space where buyers can instantly picture themselves enjoying the home.

How does a staging install come together?

It often starts with one or two pieces.

For this home, the Durant Coffee Table was our starting point. Its scale, shape, and style made it the perfect anchor for the room.

From there, we paired it with the Nathan Leather Chair, adding warmth, texture, and contrast to balance the lighter upholstery.

After that, everything flowed, and the layering began - always my favorite part.

We love a layered bed.🤎

I started Elle Home Design eight years ago with not much more than a creative vision that had been with me since high school.

What I didn’t know then was that owning a business, while a tremendous honor, would also be one of the biggest challenges of my life.

The last eight years have stretched me, humbled me, inspired me, and connected me with people I never would have met otherwise.

I’ve had the opportunity to stage hundreds of homes, work alongside incredible agents, and build relationships that mean more to me than I can put into words.

Today, I’m excited to share that, in a few short weeks, Elle Home Design will be entering a new chapter under new ownership.

To everyone who trusted us with their listings, referred us to a friend, supported our business, or cheered us on along the way—thank you.

What a privilege it’s been.
