Down the hall from the studio model until at (see our previous post!), ETD also outfitted and staged a sunny 1-BR unit facing Chestnut St. ☀️

We always keep potential tenants in mind in every little detail in model units, from & dining options, to & supplies, to & books!

Working with a light, cool-tone backdrop, we also added pops of warmth extracted from the amenity spaces’ color palette, that also play off the view from the window. Artful fixtures are the chic cherry on top. 🍒

We love how the unit came together - would you live here?

When a single room needs to serve multiple functions, those functions don’t have to be shared by the same furniture! Separating the living & dining seating in the model units at was simple with space-efficient pieces at staggered heights that look stylish and cohesive. 📐
