After months of development, we’re excited to introduce an updated collection of Daikon’s hand-finished brass finishes. Carefully crafted to celebrate the natural character of the material rather than conceal it, each finish is meticulously prepared and patinated by hand, ensuring no two fixtures are ever exactly alike. Designed to age gracefully, our brass finishes develop a rich patina over time, becoming even more beautiful with use and the passage of time.

It’s strange to think of darkness defining light. While exploring a mile-long cave carved by a lava river nearly 700,000 years ago, we experienced a kind of darkness that’s almost impossible to find today. In that environment, every beam of light had purpose—revealing texture, scale, and just enough of the world ahead. It was a reminder that the most powerful lighting isn’t the brightest, but the kind that quietly guides you, revealing only what’s needed—enough to inspire confidence, yet never so much that it overwhelms.

This image of our 5-Branch Dynamic Stilk Chandelier is a special one for us. We created this fixture specifically for The Stanley House, designed by Kravitz Design under the direction of Lenny Kravitz.

The photograph captures an intimate dinner hosted by Kravitz to celebrate one of his first events as Creative Director for Dom Pérignon. Gathered beneath the chandelier was an extraordinary group of guests, including Abbey Lee, Zoë Kravitz, Alexander Wang, Harvey Keitel, Benjamin Millepied, Hidetoshi Nakata, and Susan Sarandon.

Seeing one of our handcrafted fixtures become part of such a memorable evening—and a home filled with thoughtful design—is something we’re proud to have been a small part of.
