This floor here was laid down 25 years ago with 0 maintenance. One pass by the Hummel and its brought right back to life. With a proper maintenance schedule it will look as good as the day we finish in 2050. And still have 3 more refinishes left with a good 20-25 year life span between each refinish. Thats an investment where the math makes sense 🤢
