It is with a heavy heart that I announce there will be a janazah prayer for my dear friend and elder Sister Latifah Umm Rashad (Karen Justice). Her janazah will be Tuesday December 17,2019 at 11am at Khadijah Alderman's funeral home which is located at 1924 w. Hunting Park Ave in Sha Allah (God willing)
Those who are able to attend please come give our beloved sister her rights. And those who are unable to attend please make sincere Dua for Latifah by name. Ask Allah to forgive her sins,allow the pain she endured throughout her illness to have been expiation of her sins,make her grave spacious and illuminate it with the brightest light,grant her the ability to answer the three questions in the grave correctly and swiftly,that her book of deeds is placed in her right hand that her good deeds outweighs her bad deeds,that she receives reward for the many sisters she helped learn this Deen,that she receives reward for the many sisters she sewed garments for and those who she taught to sew,may she be granted blessings for the numerous children she taught in this community over last thirty years,may she cross the Sirat swiftly and unharmed, that she he granted Jinnah by whichever gate she chooses and granted Jinnah Al firdous. Allahumma Ameen
Please make Dua for her children Rashaad,Asya, Khadeejah, Khayriyyah Maryam Amatuallah Nurah Ali and Zakiriyyah and her grandchildren,ask Allah to ease their hearts and guide them and preserve them upon this Deen. Allahumma Ameen
