Experience a warm hug in a bowl with this flavorful dish! Perfect for busy nights, it will have your family asking for seconds! 😊❤️
Ingredients:
- 24 oz bag Reames Frozen Egg Noodles
- 3 lbs beef roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions:
1. Start by placing your beef roast in a 6-quart slow cooker. It should fit comfortably without being squished.
2. Sprinkle the Ranch Dressing Mix and Brown Gravy Mix generously over the roast to infuse it with rich flavors.
3. Slice the butter into pieces and place them on top of the roast. This will melt down and create a delicious sauce.
4. Arrange the pepperoncini peppers around the roast, giving it a spicy kick that enhances the overall taste.
5. Carefully pour the beef broth around the edges of the roast. This liquid will help keep the meat moist and tender during the slow cooking process.
6. Cover the slow cooker with a lid and set it to cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender.
7. Once cooked, use two forks to shred the beef into the juices, making sure to mix everything well.
8. Add the frozen egg noodles into the slow cooker, stirring gently to ensure they are fully submerged in the flavorful liquid.
9. Cover and switch the cooker to high. Let it cook for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the noodles are tender and ready to serve.
10. Dish out this hearty meal warm and enjoy!
