Green Chili stew 🍲

I had made my stew last night; the recipe is in the comments. This is a combination of two recipes I found on the internet. I was looking all over for a good green chili stew recipe. I thought I had the right one but it seemed to be missing a few ingredients. I found the other recipe I was looking for. My compliments to both cooks for their recipes. (The recipe is in the comments)
Btw; I added an extra can of hatch green chilis because I like a little more spicy flavor.

Hi 👋 my friends,

The weekends are the only time I get to do some cooking. Tonight I have Baked Chicken Lemon butter thighs, mashed potatoes with chicken gravy., and grey squash with mozzarella cheese on top. Wow; that was some meal, the chicken came out nice and juicy. 😋

Hi 👋 friends!

Dinner is tasting good; every now and again I have to take a short cut. I made glazed carrots (using snack pack carrots) I went with regular margarine , instead of the unsalted butter (can be pricey) I used Donna's video on YouTube again for the BBQ chicken drumsticks. Like I said I couldn't find liquid smoke, so I used mesquite seasoning, it worked, 😋👍. Another short cut I made Idaho Buttery mashed potatoes (just add boiling water).

😉💕😋 found the chicken seasoning, couldnt find liquid smoke; used a packet of mesquite rub instead. The recipe turned out okay! 👍

I 💕 home made lemonade! Fresh squeezed. Got 🍋🍋🍋but almost out of sugar. Gotta head back to the produce section. I go to a shopping center that has both a Walmart and a Target. This is what's great about summer.

Hi friends 👋!

My kitchen is so tiny. What I wouldn't give for more space! Today on.the menu; is a variation to an old family recipe. Pork chops with pan gravy. So far; I sautéed diced onions and mushrooms. Please stay tuned.
