Celebrating 2 years since completion of this workspace for Barrow Neurological Institute 🧠

One of the most distinctive design elements in the space is the “neural network” ceiling feature woven throughout the open office. The branch-like ceiling baffles were designed to support acoustics while also representing the neural pathways that inspire Barrow’s mission of research, treatment, and global connection.

Rather than concealing the structure above with a traditional drop ceiling, our team embraced the openness of the space and worked closely with to integrate custom lighting that mimics neural signals moving through the network.

Big projects with lots of moving parts take alignment and trust. Memorial Towers was no exception; and collaborating with ICON Builders, Berardi + Partners, and National Church Residences made it a good one.

Serving as consulting architects, triARC provided on-site support and coordination throughout the renovation of two 10-story apartment buildings, including elevator modernization and refreshed resident spaces. Working alongside the out-of-state design architect, we helped keep the project moving from construction through completion. 🤝

May calls for celebrating some anniversaries! Brian and Myref are marking another year at triARC, and we’re so grateful to have them both on the team.

🔹Myref is marking 10 years with triARC! Her thoughtful eye for design, organization, and steady presence have made a lasting impact on our team and projects over the years.

🔸Brian is celebrating 9 years with triARC! As our Revit and imaging wizard, he’s a go-to resource and someone who always brings insight, problem-solving, and a willingness to help.

She’s spent the past two years as a full-time member of our team, bringing dedication, reliability, and a positive attitude to everything she takes on--all while balancing a full course load.
We’re excited to see what she accomplishes next!
