Whatever the need, our goal is to bring new life to tired homes and maximize profit for our clients. Call us to schedule a free in home consultation at your convenience!"

Another incredible before-and-after from our ballroom renovation in Williams. Originally built in 1891, this historic space has been beautifully restored to its former glory. We love bringing timeless spaces back to life—because the more history, the better! , , , , , ,

Time to reveal our latest project, our main bathroom! We had a leak from the upstairs shower into our family room below. We decided to pay for a new bathtub even though insurance didn’t want to cover it. I’m glad we did because the pipe under the bathtub was cracked and could have leaked anytime! Unfortunately plumbing seems to last only about 20 years. Pro tip we learned, don’t install shower inserts in a second story. It’s not advisable per our plumber as the malleable plastic can also move the piping below. It’s asking for future leaks.

As luck would have it the primary shower at the Bodeen’s house leaked all over into the family room below. We’re finally underway with some renovations and will share our progress. Looking forward to sharing more before and afters! ❤️
