The Men of Design Mode aren't pictured in this photo, which makes me sad..... (I need to get better at taking group photos) and there's a few not pictured that are back at Phoenix headquarters holding it down....but whoa am I reflecting after a wild week.
I HAVE THE BEST TEAM. I cannot even tell you or describe how hard this team worked this week. Literal blood, so much sweat and even some tears. This industry is not for the weak. It is hot days, hard labor, long nights, quick changes, fire drills, curve balls, and Beyond. But man, do we create magic. It's so incredible the things this team pulls off in short time frames, with last minute changes, insane deadlines and wild expectations. They crush it. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
They packed a semi, and six box trucks in the Arizona July heat, to go to Las Vegas for 9days to execute several events, and holy moly did they SHINE. They made over 250 centerpieces. Some of us didn't see daylight from the ballrooms for 5-6 days straight. We set a fully seated dinner for 750 people with specialty chairs, specialty tables, and elaborate centerpieces in five hours.
To say I'm proud isn't even enough. Go team Design Mode, you are one in a million. ✨🤍💪
