Frito Pie: chili cheese Fritos, ground beef, black beans, corn, can of Rotel, cheese and taco seasonings, optional jalepenos. bake 350 for 20 minutes. Top with sour cream.

Green Chili Chicken Stew:

4c Broth, 2 chicken breasts , 1 can black beans, 1 can corn, 1/2c diced carrots, 1 small can green chilies, 4-5 potatoes, 2tbs minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, dried cilantro, S&P.

Easter Dinner. Never made a ha in crock pot. It was melt in your mouth good. Honey Maple Glazed and delicious.
