Sip & Paint today - a great time to get together and throw some paint around! Was a small group today and we finished in 3 hours and I even served lunch in that time! Everyone was told to make their own mountains and they sure did! I gave samples of course and was happy to see them just go for it. I love it when they get creative all on their own! So proud of them ❤️

Sip & Paint - August 22nd, 11-3 SNEAK PEAK!
We will be painting an 11x14 of Northern Lights! This is a colorful and fun one to paint starting with a black canvas, similar to this one! Message me or sign up at the Desert Skies Clubhouse, 19802 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85050. $45 includes all supplies as well as a few snacks! I paint along with you and show you how to do it. I keep my classes small so I can give individual attention to everyone. Also, only 2 classes left after this one for the remainder of this year. No classes in November and December. June 14th Sip & Paint was so much fun! Biggest class yet and everyone did a great job! Was wonderful to have a few family members giving painting a shot. Was the 2nd time for my grandson and first time for my sister and niece. I just love teaching people that they really can do this and I love when they put a little of their own spin on it. After all, it’s their world to create however they see it!
Almost everyone signed up for July when we are doing a desert mountain landscape. Can’t wait!

Just completed “After the Monsoon”. Inspired by the colors and beauty of the Arizona desert, especially after a rain. The smell of the yellow Creosote mixed with the earthy scents from rocks is heavenly. The Smoke trees turn more blue and even the cacti show some color. 11x14 in oil on canvas panel.

Sunday, June 14th Sip & paint. 11 - 2 we will be doing an 8x10 oil painting of a simple seascape. Something like this one. Anyone can do this and I’ll show you how easy it is!
