Deb's Painting Adventure

Deb's Painting Adventure At the age of 15 I set out to see all of America. I've now seen all of it! I paint realism taken from my memory of places I’ve seen. I just let them happen.

That said, I usually do not plan or sketch my paintings.

As many of you know, I offer one-on-one painting sessions in my studio in addition to my monthly Sip & Paint classes. Linda has been to every class for the last year. Now she wanted to paint a specific scene for her granddaughter for Christmas.
Two sessions and her painting turned out terrific! The texture is incredible and the colors she wanted worked very well together. I am very proud of her and I’m sure her granddaughter will love this!

Northern Arizona has stands of Aspen trees that go on for miles! They are so stunning. I love to watch their leaves as they blow in the breeze, changing color constantly.

BUSY! So excited for the upcoming September Sip & Paint! We will be painting one of my favorites. I will be serving a little lunch for the class since it's a 4 hour class.
Also, I'm working on one that may become our October Sip & Paint. It's something completely different...more to come later.
November and December have me really busy with Craft Fairs and of course Christmas so no classes are planned...but I may change my mind!
As a reminder, I do offer "one-on-one" classes in my studio! I also can arrange a small group class if you have family & friends that would like to have one just for them! message me here or on my home page: Debbie Castorina-Kocour on FB.

Wow! August Sip & Paint today was so much fun! So much great energy in the room! Everyone did an incredible job painting Northern Lights on a black canvas. And…we finished, including clean up in 2 hours! That’s one for the record books!
