STEM SWAG is looking for a friendly, outgoing person to help run our floral shop at The Royale this season! If you love working with people and have an eye for making a space feel welcoming, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll be the face of the shop: greeting customers, helping them choose flowers and gifts, getting floral orders out the door, and keeping the retail space looking its best. This is a retail role. Floral design experience is not required, though it’s a great chance to learn more about flowers.
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 10:30 a.m. to approximately 3:00–3:30 p.m. along with weekend opportunities (~15-20 hours per week).
We’re looking for someone who is warm, dependable, enjoys talking with customers, and takes pride in the little details that make a shop feel great.

STEM SWAG is looking for an experienced floral designer to help our Phoenix team through the busy season over the next couple of months. There may be an opportunity to extend the role for the right person.
This is a hands-on design position. You’ll create arrangements for our clients by following floral recipes, design direction, and production details closely. We’re looking for someone who can bring a creative vision to life consistently, work well alongside other designers, and jump in where needed to prep flowers and keep the workspace clean and organized.
What we’re looking for:
• At least a few years of professional floral design experience
• Strong floral mechanics and an eye for detail
• The ability to follow recipes and direction while working at a busy production pace
• A collaborative, dependable approach
