Another failed ashtray. Spalted tamarind with blue dye and wax finish. Can’t seem to get the joint between tile and wood tight.

Customer requested a cherry vase shaped like Nine Miles cooling tower. Hope I got it. Next step is to take to a carver to have the supports carved into the bottom.
