After 22 wonderful years in business, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close the doors of Quality Wood Floors. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service position located in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, enhancing customer service, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Customer Support and Customer Service Skills
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Proficient in Phone Etiquette
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
