For our daughters and sons, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters, friends and community, there are no more excuses. Our schools should be a place of learning, wonder, discovery, friendship, laughter and so much more. As designers, we aim to create inspiring spaces that foster positive environments for children to engage. Safety should be a given. How is it even a debate to simply keep them safe?

Hold our children tight and demand action…NOW.

This week we had the opportunity to see our work with at Manzanita Square in San Francisco. As one travels throughout the building, each floor portrays an abstracted interpretation of the seven hills of San Francisco. The graphics, color and materiality add unique character while contributing to an overall story connected to sense of place.
