Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Crusty bread for serving
Instructions:
1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Cook shrimp 2 minutes per side until pink, remove and set aside.
4. Add remaining butter and garlic to skillet, cook 1 minute.
5. Add white wine, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes, simmer 2 minutes.
6. Return shrimp to skillet, toss to coat in sauce.
7. Cook 1 minute until heated through.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
