Meet the Team | Executive Director Rebekah Stellwagon 🎉

Today, we’re introducing you to our Executive Director, Rebekah Stellwagon — and we’re also wishing her a very Happy Birthday! 🎂

Rebekah started working with the Pineville Downtown Development District in October 2024 and was officially appointed Executive Director in December 2024. She has worked for the City of Pineville since 2021 and has served as Executive Assistant to the Mayor since 2022.

Rebekah’s passion for Pineville and Central Louisiana started long before joining the PDDD. In 2016, as a high school senior, she completed a project to raise money to save the Dairy Baron at Central State Hospital, raising more than $23,000.

Today, Rebekah works alongside the Board of Commissioners to help move forward the District’s mission of redevelopment and growth in Downtown Pineville.

Outside of work, Rebekah is a wife and mom to two daughters. We are grateful for the energy, passion, and dedication she brings to the Pineville Downtown Development District every day.

Meet the Team | Commissioner Kristetta Miller

This week, we're highlighting Kristetta Miller, a Commissioner serving on the Pineville Downtown Development District Board.

Kristetta was appointed by the City of Pineville in 2022. She moved to Pineville in the 1990s to attend Louisiana College, graduating in 1994.

Since 2015, Kristetta and her husband, Chuck, have owned and operated Louisiana Fireplace. As a local business owner, she understands the importance of investing in and supporting our downtown community.

Kristetta says she loves being a part of the Pineville community, and we're grateful for the perspective she brings to the Board.
