This was another moon jar, but it was the first time I got the really solid gold glaze markings. They flash metallic and bright in the light.

So many things happened during the firing of this piece... I did a night firing during a full moon to lean into the moon jar form. What I recieved was many lessons about the effects of reduction, terra sig under glaze, and the chaos of repeated firings.
