Yesterday was the last Uptown Mt. Lebanon Uptown Market of the season! ❤️

This was our very first market and we only joined in August. Thank giving our little business a chance and welcoming us into this wonderful community! This market gave us the push we needed to keep going, believe in ourselves and feel that what we’re building really matters.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported us, purchased something, shared kind words or simply showed interest in our work. It means more than you know!

Special thanks to Amy Marie Cottrill for organizing everything and to all the amazing vendors who made every Saturday so special. We couldn’t have asked for better market neighbors! 🥹

And just like that, the three day World Square Festival is over 🥹❤️

We are definitely exhausted, our voices are almost gone, but our hearts are so full.

For three days, people from all over the world came together in one place to share the cultures, traditions, music, food, art and stories of their countries. We enjoyed incredible performances - Argentine tango, Brazilian jazz, African music, Ukrainian music, Slovenian dances, and so much more.

And honestly, by the end it felt a little like leaving summer camp. We all became so close. We survived a storm and crazy wind together, helped each other save our tents and displays, shared stories, laughed, exchanged contacts, and finally packed everything up side by side.

People from so many different countries, backgrounds, and cultures — and somehow by the end, it felt like one little family. ❤️
