There is still such a thrill in watching a simple paste transform into a delicate, life-like bloom! After studying the industry and working closely with , crafting florals that embody the real thing has become my favorite way to create a focal cake. These blooms don’t just stand out on their own; They tie in every detail of the couple’s wedding design.

Dark Romance & Architectural Drama

When you have the opportunity to flip the script and design something dramatic, sophisticated, and unexpected, you absolutely take it.

A beautiful midnight captured. We built a cake with a striking, clean structure, then wrapped it in fondant drapery that looks and feels like flowing silk. The contrast is what truly excites me: the pure, structured white against the dramatic, velvet depth of those custom sugar orchids.

And to finish? That tiny, perfect touch of celestial wonder. ✨🌙 😉
