After Dark Illustrations After Dark is my series of illustrations that tell stories about a fictitious town. I also have an Etsy that sells these illustrations on products.

These illustrations show how beautiful small towns can appear at night, emphasizing on lights in the dark. My name is Dan Senneway, and I consider my self a digital illustrator, for now this is a page dedicated to my work as a college student inartistic to " the real world", Every thing on here is for sale including the animations. “Wait, you never heard this story before? Oh, well, honey, you are in for a treat!

I know it wasn't the best idea, heading off into the woods like this. There isn’t a single explanation for why people in town are just disappearing without a trace. The other adults aren’t even noticing, as if our neighbors and friends simply never existed; Their homes left abandoned, yards neglected as if no one’s lived there in years. We know something is wrong, just can’t figure out what. All we have to go off are the rumors and unexplainable mysteries deep in the unknown.

Down past Owlborne Hollow, then right onto Thirteen Oaks Lane – that’s the back road where Moonveil Road and Duskridge Street meet. I was riding through, as I normally do, on my way home from work, and that's when I saw it. I thought Old Lady Flint just got a new Halloween decoration – you know how she goes crazy for Halloween – so I slowed down to get a better look at it. I couldn’t tell what the thing was supposed to be. Some kind of werewolf? A gremlin? Whatever it was, it stank. I could smell it from where I was on the other side of the road. Then suddenly the damn thing moved! Yeah – it took a step towards me. It wasn’t a decoration, it was real! Out roaming the streets! I know it sounds crazy, but…

You gotta believe me! 

This thing was real, I saw it with my own eyes…

Now that my shows are slowly coming to an end for the season, I’m feeling incredibly content after last night. It wasn’t the finale of my 2026 season, but I would’ve been happy if it had been my final show.

Thank you to everyone who came out despite the rain! I always have an incredible time in Allentown, and although the vendor circuit was rough this year, I’m so grateful to see how supportive everyone continues to be.

Later, I made it in time for my friends Halloween party and got to catch up with some friends that i rarely get to see..

It rained all night but for some reason it didn't bother me too much.

Past the baseball fields and playgrounds stands the woods at the edge of town.  The tree-line meets where streetlights begin to fade.  Even the safety of their warm glow is afraid of what resides in the great unknown.  Yet every year around this time, the woods begin to stir.  Strange things start happening around town.  People going missing and there are sightings of monsters, apparitions, and the unexplainable.  The winds whistle through the branches, whispering to us as we sleep, conjuring nightmares and paranoia that leaks into our waking world.  The night becomes a little darker as the shadows grow from the trees and lure us into the endless abyss. 

No one’s getting any sleep tonight. 

The souls of the lost fill the sky, while children from out of time wander the streets. 

It's their time now. 

We venture with lantern in hand into The Lost Stories.

It's about time we face our fears
