"Shop Small!" "Support Small Businesses!" ...
Since the start of the pandemic, we've all heard the rallying cries for small businesses. Lots of us rallied around our favorites and found ways to support, even if we didn't have money to spend. With these ever-changing, uncertain times, there is no doubt that small businesses and entrepeneurs continue to need our support.
As a small business owner myself, I walk knee deep in the uncertainty every single day. In the past, it would be a deterent but today, I'm shifitng that mindset and sharing it here with the hopes that it will ripple far and wide.
One of the most incredible things I have witnessed over the last 2+ years is how small acts of kindness, generosity, support, love, friendship can create such significant change in someone's life, in the lives of many, or in entire communities and beyond.
The beauty is in the power we posess for good. With so much focus on everything we don't like, everything that is going wrong or could go wrong, all of the bad things happening all around us, we forget that within us is this fantastic ability to change someone's outlook, their day or even their life.
I am here to empower you and encourage you to tap into what makes us intrinsically good; the power of love, empathy, sharing, kindness, genorisity, friendship, support... Changing your mindset and taking action might not only change your life but the lives of many. I truly believe that.
