So much has grown since my first feature. What began with candles has continued to evolve into my mission to remind mothers that caring for themselves is not something they have to earn but necessary.

Monday Mommy Moment:
I CAN LET THINGS GO

Everything that I carried into August doesn’t need to follow me out.

The pressure to do it perfectly.
The guilt over what didn’t get done.
The expectation that I should be available to everyone, all the time.

Roots know what to absorb and what to leave in the soil.

As this month closes, ask yourself:
What am I finally ready to stop carrying?”

You are allowed to enter the new month a little lighter.

Still grounded and still growing, just no longer holding on to what was weighing you down.

I AM MORE THAN A MOTHER

Motherhood comes with a lot of titles.
Mom. Wife. Partner. Employee. Business owner. Snack finder. 😅

But none of those roles tell the full story of who you are.

“Before you were everything to everyone, you were still you.”

Being ROOTED means staying connected to the woman underneath all the responsibility.
Make space this week for something that reminds you of the woman you are outside of the titles.

Read. Pray. Rest. Laugh. Light the candle.

Your “MY TIME” doesn’t have to be extravagant to matter.
