I’m sooo excited about this one!! Picked this Prince photo up at an artists show, who by the way is incredibly talented. I saw it and knew I would be able to do something fun with it.
I’ve thought on this for quite a few months and so glad I did! Added a couple new moulding vendors to my collection and now have a computerized mat cutter that can basically do backflips and voilá!

Love the white frame, it is a dead ringer for his guitar fretboard. Black shiney and purple frames sandwiching it..because it’s Prince. HAD to have a dramatic black suede mat and silver underneath to reflect the lights from behind the black mat. I was originally just planning on cutting a square for the mats but saw my new mat cutter can cut winged corners. This was a MUST…look how well it flows with the right side of his symbol 😍

When it comes to you choosing to frame a piece and gift it to someone special, you are choosing my talent along with the 35 years of knowledge and talent my mom and dad so selflessly shared with me and am left in disbelief!

You have chosen to support our little family business and have been so kind and understanding during the challenges of supply chain hiccups.

I was looking down at my hands the other day mid construction, they were hot, swollen, dry and bleeding and I thought “holy smokes my hands are pretty gnarly” 😜. I don’t know that there was a finger left that hadn’t had a glass cut, mat cut or splinter in it. At that moment I was filled with total and complete gratitude, humility and joy reflecting on this last year. Thank you for choosing and trusting me for your incredible projects, I honestly go to “work” everyday wondering how I got so lucky to get to do this. ❤️

This one went home with its owner today! I will miss it but it was such a fun Jersey to frame with the added double mats in t-wolves colors, Flip Saunders coin, plate and an upgrade in glass which really highlights everything under it! Love framing Jerseys 🏀 💙💚
