Whole wheat sourdough

White sourdough

And browned butter chocolate chunk cookies with sea salt.

Bread is $8 a loaf and cookies are $15 a dozen. I’ll be putting them out around noon today.

I’ve been asked a couple times when I’ll be doing a baking pop up again at my home again. I’m going to try and put out both whole wheat and white sourdough loaves out next Saturday or Sunday. Any favorite cookie flavor suggestions? I’ll try to get them out too. Also, feel free to place bread orders any time. I usually bake every weekend.

Most flour brands strip the bran, then bleach it, then fortify it with artificial vitamins and minerals that do more long-term harm than good. Because it is not refined, freshly milled flour preserves high levels of Vitamin E, B vitamins (folate, niacin, thiamine), and minerals like iron, phosphorus, and zinc. It is also high in fiber which helps with digestion and helps regulate blood sugar.
