**ATTENTION ALL MISS JANET’S FAN CLUB**

Well y’all, Miss Janet seen the doctor, and apparently “I'm ready to get back in that kitchen” was NOT one of the medical options.

Doctor’s orders say she has to stay out of work for 4 more weeks.

We hate so much to tell y’all this, because we know everybody is missing that good cooking something serious. But right now, Miss Janet has to listen to the doctor, rest up, and get herself fully healed.

Thank y’all for all the love, patience, prayers, and support. Keep her lifted up, keep your appetites ready, and don’t worry… when Miss Janet gets back, that kitchen is gonna smell like a comeback!

Y’all… go ahead and sit down for this one, because some of y’all have been waiting, hoping, praying, and probably checking the parking lot like it owed you money. 😂

The smell of real Southern soul food is about to be back in the air. The kind of cooking that’ll make you slap the table, loosen your belt, and start telling family secrets you had no business telling.

We ain’t naming no names, you know who you are but some of y’all have been surviving off fast food and disappointment, and it shows. Miss Janet’s Kitchen is about to fix that problem one plate at a time.

So get your appetite ready, tell your taste buds to clock back in, and don’t come talking about “I didn’t know.”

Miss Janet’s Kitchen will be back open Friday, September 4, with breakfast starting at 7 AM!
NO EARLY-BIRDS!!!

Miss Janet is recuperating well. Doc said at least 4 more weeks of resting. Yall keep praying for her and Miss Janet be back in doin her thing before ya know it. Thank y'all.

This Sunday will be last day kitchen will be open for at least 2 weeks as miss Janet recovers from a planned procedure. We hate to have tondo this. We will miss each of you during this time.
