We recently had a client ask if we are competitive with online pricing. Well, I would say we ended with a happy client.

Are we a little bit more? Sure we are.
But can you make adjustment and changes? Yes!
And is it a better product in the end? ABSOLUTELY!

There is a big benefit to keeping your work local, where the designer knows your contractor and will work with them to get you the best product possible, while making 100% sure your plans will meet local building codes!

Hernandez Design Studio is excited to soon be kicking off the final phase of the renovation of 87 N Howard Ave in Croswell. We have worked as the conceptual designer of the project alongside Jim Yu of SyDesign, the architect of record.

This project, when finished, will take a 120 year old building that was left to crumble and restore it into the premier retail and loft development in Croswell.

One loft and one retail space have already been completed with seven more lofts and two more retail spaces coming in 2023

Shane Hernandez has over 13 years experience in architectural design and holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. He worked at an architectural firm for 12 years prior to starting Hernandez Design Studio LLC.
