Kekai Kuztumz is available year-round, but our peak season runs from March 1st to June 30th. The earlier you place your order, the better!

~All projects will require coordination through: consultations via Zoom, in-person meetings, or by completing the order form. To secure your commission, a completed client agreement and a 65% deposit of the total fee are required. Please note that all requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis; only those with a signed agreement and the deposit submitted will be considered "secured." The deposit and agreement are intended to ensure mutual investment in the commission. All details and negotiations will remain private. Should you elect to use the order form, and Kekai Kuztumz has additional questions we shall reach back out via your contact information you provide.

**Delivery/Shipment Information:**
- **Delivery Fee:** A delivery fee will be applied to orders beyond Port Orchard and Gig Harbor.
- **Shipping & Handling Fees:** Shipping and handling fees will automatically be applied to orders shipped outside Washington State. Additional shipping fees may be required for deliveries beyond the following counties: Kitsap, King, Pierce, and Lewis, which will be the responsibility of the client.
- **Rush Fee Terms:** A rush fee will be charged on a case-by-case basis for any orders requested less than two weeks prior to the required pick-up, delivery, or shipping date. This fee will also depend on the complexity of the overall design.
