Groat Gruff I started making dream catchers as a way to connect with my indigenous ancestry, and in some respect These make great gifts for loved ones and co-workers!

I try to take inspiration from the world around me, so many of my dream catcher and sugar skull designs are derived from events in my life. All my designs are original, but I'll never put anything in my shop that I wouldn't love to have hanging on the wall or displayed on the mantle in my own house. As a rule, I never make reproductions because dream catchers and sugar skulls should be unique. A c

omplete catalog of my past work can be seen in the "SOLD Out Items" album so if there's a particular theme that you liked that sold, I can make a similar one that has a variation of that theme for you. While all of my listings are of my own design, I'm more than willing to tailor these dream catchers and sugar skulls to a buyer's specific needs (though depending on the modifications, I may need to charge a bit extra for supplies/time). So, please email me if you have something specific that you'd like reflected in your piece, if you want to have something made for a loved one or if it's for a special event. I don't always have holiday themed items but let me know ahead of time if you'd like one and I'll do my best to get it to you in time! Some supplies are store bought (metal rings, beads, feathers, styrofoam/plaster skulls) but dream catcher assembly is all done by hand and my sugar skull designs are free-handed! Gift wrapping available upon request. Though my dream catchers are designed to endure, accidents do happen. Please let me know if a web (or hanging line) ever snaps as I will carry out any necessary repairs for free (and I will reimburse your shipping costs). Time of purchase is not a concern when asking for repairs on dream catchers purchased from my shop. Whenever a dream catcher finds its new home, it is my pleasure to make sure it stays with its new family for as long as they need it to guard their dreams. Snake Eyes ($80) SOLD

Sometimes you have to let the emblem direct your hands when you are making a web, and that's exactly what I did here. The beautiful glass snake emblem (black and amber gold glitter coloring) has a multi-dimensional curved shape and so I wanted to incorporate it into a web that featured the curvature of the snake emblem. This catcher has a 12 in. diameter black leather ring with a burnt orange (handmade) web that has been shaped in such a way that when the snake emblem is added, it forms a figure eight conformation. Amber and black/gold glitter beads have been woven into the web in order to encase the snake emblem and mimic its signature curvature. Gold/black/amber/brown beaded lines hand from the bottom of the web with various details like stripped, geometric and crystal encrusted beads. The piece is finished off with light and dark brown as well as black feathers to showcase the colors reflected in this unique snake emblem. This is a unique piece that challenges your imagination and brings together a vast variety of colors that shine beautifully in the light.
