We are Melanie and Teryn - a mother/daughter duo who have a love for furniture restoration and bringing life back into old, forgotten pieces! We have refinished many pieces of furniture over the years and always lean towards a shabby chic or coastal flair! Melanie is a "Mimi" to three granddaughters, so she's always up for a girly spin on decor! While we love the thrill of the hunt and finding gre

at pieces of furniture, we also provide custom painting. If you have furniture that no longer fits your personal style, is outdated, needs repairs or a facelift, we can help with that, too! How fun is this blue chinoiserie café set?! 💙

This little set has completely pulled our space together and we are obsessed with the pop of color. Painted in Atomic Blue, it brings just the right amount of boldness while still feeling classic and timeless.

The chairs are gorgeous Ballard Designs pieces and the glass-top table makes a statement without taking up too much visual space. This would be perfect for a breakfast nook, sunroom, or cozy conversation corner.

This beauty came to us with that classic orange-toned stain, and we knew she deserved something a little softer and a lot more special.

We gave the top a gorgeous light paint wash to highlight all that beautiful wood grain, painted the body a soft earthy green, added the sweetest floral details, and finished her off with updated hardware that perfectly complements her vintage charm.

Who’s ready for the June Summer Sale at Rust and Grain this weekend? ☀️

This gorgeous Harmony House serpentine dresser is the definition of timeless beauty. From the dreamy curved front to those elegant lines and vintage hardware… she is STUNNING.

We painted this beauty in the prettiest soft white and paired it with a rich brown stained top for the perfect mix of classic and cozy. ✨ The contrast is SO good in person!

And let’s not forget the storage 👏🏼 Deep drawers, solid wood construction, and quality you just don’t find in new furniture anymore. This is one of those pieces that can truly go anywhere - bedroom, dining room, entryway… she’ll steal the show no matter what.
